How to Cancel Orders?

If you change your mind and don’t want the order any more, please contact info@SaferGuard.com to cancel the order. 

For unpaid orders: We will cancel the order after confirming your email.

For already paid orders:

If the order still has not been shipped, we will cancel the shipment, then do the refund or we can deposit the money on your account and you can use it for future orders. Please note that the refund need 1-3 days processing time. And the credit card refund will need 3-5 days processing.

If the order had already been shipped, then you need to reject the package to cancel the order. And after we received the package, we will do the refund, but we need subtract the shipping fee.
