Why Does SaferGuard.com Charge me Sales Tax?
SaferGuard.com charges the sales tax for any order shipping to California state, the default tax is 9.5% based on the selling price.
If you are the wholesaler in California and have the Tax exemption number, please contact us to set you to the tax exempt grade.
And if your shipping address is in California but have any special requisition for Tax, not with 9.5%, please contact us, so that we can set you the correct tax grade.
Can I pick up the order personally?
SaferGuard.com only offer online business, we don’t offer the pick up service.
How long does it take for the delivery?
We have the warehouse in both San Francisco, California and Hong Kong. We will ship the item to you from the nearest warehouse.
For customers from the United States:
If the order is shipped from California, it will take about 2-5 business days to arrive you via the USPS standard shipping. If the order is shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, if your order total amount is over USD200, we will ship the order to you via DHL express shipping service for free, that will take 5-6 business days delivery. Otherwise, we will ship the order as your order select. For free shipping, the delivery time is about 8-10 business days, and for express shipping, the delivery time is 5-6 business days to arrive you.
For customers from other countries:
We ship the order from our Hong Kong warehouse. For free shipping, the delivery time is about 10-15 business days, and for express shipping, the delivery time is 5-6 business days to arrive you.

www.saferguard.com is a verified Authorize.Net merchant. We only know the last 4 digital numbers of your credit card. Your credit card payment is safety on www.SaferGuard.com
Does SaferGuard.com know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've submitted the correct credit card number, expiration date, card security code, and billing information.
If all the information you submitted was correct, then the reason could be that your bank or credit card company simply did not authorize to charge the card for international transaction. Then you can re-submit the order and choose PayPal payment, which is also very easily to process the payment.
Why does SaferGuard.com need to verify my shipping address?
For fraud prevention purposes, if your shipping address did not match your billing address, we must verify your shipping address. The reason we do this is to ensure that both you and us are protected from fraudulent activities. Someone may get your credit card information and your billing address (from your trash can for example) and ship an order to anywhere in the US. Only you, as the cardholder, can add an alternate address on file with the bank and/or credit card company; this keeps our fraud rate down and gives you more peace of mind knowing you are purchasing/shopping with a company who has your best interests in mind.
Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please note this only takes 5 minutes and you will never have to do it again once this is completed.
